Sleeping Daoist Walkthrough | Where Winds Meet

The Sleeping Daoist has wide sweeping arc attacks, smashes, and multiple projectiles. He also has 2 phases and is relatively tanky. Perfectly timing dodges to slow time and dish out combos, as well as parrying the projectiles in rapid succession, are key to defeating this boss. A good ranged weapon will also be advantageous, because the Sleeping Daoist is quick and hard to chase with just melee weapons.

In the hero's realm, there's also a phase where he will turn you into a donkey and summon a stampede of donkeys; you will have to blend amongst the donkeys to avoid taking damage. There's also a segment where you will have to destroy all donkey illusions within a time limit to avoid being wiped out.
