How to Beat Blood Wolf Leader Guide
[1] Defeat the 'little' guys first.
Before the big bad boss comes, you will have to defeat the other enemies present. You will first have to defeat a Dire Strife Wolf and a Thousand Spear Spine. Don't worry, they come sequentially, not at the same time.
Some quick tips when dealing with them:

For the Dire Strife Wolf, its attacks are imbued with paralysis.

Some moves can be dealt with Reverse Slash or blocking, but its Tail Slam is unblockable. Learn the timing to roll away when you need to.

For the Thousand Spears Spine, it has a lot of long-ranged AoE attacks.

If you have gap-closing Sword Skills, now is the time to use them.
[2] The real boss appears.
The fiery boss will finally appear after the Thousand Spears Spine is dealt with. Hit it hard before its able to attack more, but do watch out for its large AoE damage. Bring some Ice Essence to cool your burns!

| Wolf Snips |  The boss attacks frontally with its mouth, trying to bite you. |
| Fire Breath |  The boss will breath out fire and go around. The fire will leave lava on the ground, which can inflict burning. |
[3] Head on fire, head on fire, pants on - wait.
In the boss' second phase, even if you have sliced off its head, it won't get deterred. At this stage, it can get hard to get close to the boss, so be patient, and watch the ground for lava.
