The bizarre-looking Shrewman Queen is first encountered in the deepest chamber of the Teardrop Cave. Upon entry, you witness it mow down two Shrewmen during a ritualistic dance. The performance ends abruptly after the boss decides the party hasn't paid enough to watch the show.
