Meeting Silica

The Protagonist officially meets Silica after completing the main quest The Diva II. Escorting Lara back to the Tavern, the party finds it packed with fans hoping to see her. There, Lara tells how she was saved by someone who left just as suddenly, and to everyone's surprise, the Protagonist and Iori recognize who it must be, but still need more information to track him down.

Silica is one of the fans hoping for a chance to see and speak with Lara. Fortunately, it turns out she happens to know the very information the Party had been searching for.

Unlocking Silica as a Companion / Party Member

To unlock Silica as a companion/party member, the Protagonist must first complete the main quest The Diva II, which serves as the requirement for unlocking her personal storyline and side quests.

The storyline quest consists of three quests:

Annihilation
Monster Mystery
A Monstrous Secret

Once all three of Silica's side quests have been completed, she'll finally become available to recruit as a companion/party member.

Role and Kits

Silica's role in the party will most likely be a Offensive Support, blending damage-dealing capability with utility that boosts the party's overall combat performance rather than focusing purely on one aspect of the fight.

Silica's combination skill Harmonic Duo, deals medium damage to a single enemy, and finishing off an enemy with it recovers a portion of support SP.

While Silica's support skill is Gracious Gift, places three crystals around Silica, each restoring a set amount of HP and SP when picked up.

Silica's overall kit keeps both her own SP and the party's HP/SP topped off while still dealing meaningful damage, making her a strong fit for parties that want sustain without sacrificing offense.
