How to Beat Wrathful Shrewman Guide

The boss, accompanied by its henchmen, is waiting at the deepest section of the Teardrop Cave during the The Violet Fencer II quest.

[1] Prioritize the mobs to ensure a smoother battle.

The battle begins with a couple of shrewmen in the mix. Deal with them first to avoid getting overwhelmed. The boss will summon reinforcements again once its HP drops below 50%.

[2] You'll never see it coming.

The Wrathful Shrewman throws smoke bombs that apply a Blinding debuff to its target. Once afflicted, static lines cover the screen and greatly reduces the player's vision. Run around until it wears off or block the projectile before it even hits you.

[3] The boss has a highly predictable move that can be exploited.

Its three-hit combo attack is highly telegraphed and easy to parry. Take advantage of this opening to deal major damage and keep it staggered.
