How to Beat Snowcap Boar Guide
Status Ailments are introduced.
Beware as enemies can now inflict various status ailments with their attacks!

The boar has several attacks that can inflict the "Frozen" ailment. It would be wise to completely dodge these instead of blocking them.
| Attack | Description |
|---|---|
| Icy Breath |  The boar spews an icy breath. This attack has two variations: one sweeps across the arena, while the other remains fixed in front of the boss. |
| Chilling Whirlwind |  Avoid walking on the icy trail it leaves behind, as it can also inflict the Frozen status effect. |
| Freezing Thrust |  It raises its glowing tusk before thrusting and unleashing a short burst of icy wind. |
[2] Breaking its tusks will prevent it from using elemental attacks.
The Snowcap Boar switches exclusively to physical attacks after its tusks are shattered. Expect frequent charges and heavy swings, many of which are already used during the first phase. Most attacks can be parried, while Sword Skills can stagger the boss and create valuable openings.
