Legend of the High Elves Summary
The party meets a Dark Elf, confirming that the brooches are connected to the High Elves. It seems that they indicate whether someone is fit to challenge for claiming a legendary sword that the elves used to defeat the God of Death.
On their way to the guardian, Stina saves Zash, vanishing all his suspicions about her. She reveals that she's actually Swedish and already had a hard time expressing herself in her native language. She played the game because she wanted to get better at her Japanese. Unfortunately, she was harassed during the beta and developed a fear of men. This is why she acted quite shifty around Zash initially.
After defeating the guardian, the team find the ancient sword, which shows them a map to the other legendary weapons. They also meet an NPC named Pucci who seems to just give them a history lesson regarding the weapons they acquire.

Legend of the High Elves Walkthrough
[1] Talk to the Elven Guard.
Come back together to the dungeon and get ready to explore for hints about the Swordsman of Salvation quest.
FIRST AREA: Neveca's Sanctuary: Path of Verity
As you approach the entrance of the dungeon, you meet a dark elf. They are marked as an enemy on your mini-map, but they seem more like a quest NPC if anything...
He asks why humans want to enter the sanctuary and then notices that three of you hold the brooch.
He seems confused though. He wonders out loud why the goddesses would believe that humans can save the world from the God of Death.
Iori asks if the Aincrad will really be destroyed and the Elven Guard points out that the signs are already there with the recent earthquakes.
He says that those with the brooch have the right to challenge the guardian to obtain the legendary weapon made by Neveca, a swordsmaster.
Long ago, the elves had sealed away the core of the God of Death in order to stop them from destroying the world.
However, the God of Death cannot die and is currently just drifting in a darkness somewhere, awaiting for their own return.
The party readies to go in as the Elven Guard welcomes them, but Zash is concerned that he cannot go in since he doesn't have a brooch. The Elven Guard says he's fine since he's their comrade and the party start their expedition down the sanctuary.
[2] Proceed through the dungeon.
Walking down the hallway, the girls realize that the walls depict Elven culture and some look like creatures from their dream. They speculate that maybe the voice calling out to them in their dreams was the goddess...
Further on, the party notices that the path diverges. Splitting up might be the best way to find the weapon faster.
Zash volunteers to go with Stina. You agree and suspect it's because Zash doesn't have a good feeling about her.
Depending on which companion you chose, Iori might suggest instead for Stina to go with her.
Go forth with your partner and get through the dungeon.
As usual with dungeons, weigh whether exploration is worth the time! And don't forget that some chests can trigger the appearance of Elite enemies!
SECOND AREA: Neveca's Sanctuary: Hall of Protection
Get ready for a boss fight.
[3] Defeat the Sentry Golem.
We haven't seen this boss-class enemy in a long while! Beware of its AoE attacks and the attacks of the surrounding golems. Hitting it with several large attacks should be enable you to beat it easily.
[4] Find a way forward.
THIRD AREA: Neveca's Sanctuary: Path of Conviction
You meet the Stina pair in a room where the path appears to be blocked. You look around with them, searching for a hint about how to go forward.
Zash realizes that there's something strange with one of the walls. He ends up pushing one of the blocks.
Stina pushes him down to save him from the trap he unleashed. He initially thought it was because she was going to harm him herself but then feels awkward because he realizes she saved him instead.
He thanks her, feeling guilty for his suspicion. The party moves on forward into the dungeon.
Zash apologizes for thinking the worst of Stina. She says it's fine because she knew she was acting rather shifty.
She explains that she's actually from Sweden but even in her own language, she has trouble communicating. She played the game anyway because she likes Japanese games and wanted to get better at the language.
However, during the beta, a male player in her party started to stalk her and ever since, she had been afraid of interacting with men. That's why she was wary of Zash (and of the player, if they are male). She says the party seems fine though since they don't look at her in the same way the stalker did.
[5] Continue the search for the legendary weapon.
There's another division of paths once getting past the Safe Area.
Zash asks Stina which way she thinks is best in a show of trust. Iori goes the other way just in case. You go with whomever your partner is.
FOURTH AREA: Neveca's Sanctuary: Relic Hall
Get ready for a boss battle against the guardian.
[6] Defeat the Tyrant Golem.
This enemy has massive AoE attacks. It makes it hard to get close to them and to attack them at all. If you have any gap-closing Sword Skills, or long-ranged Sword Skills, now is the time to use them. This enemy also has 3 phases.
[7] Obtain the legendary weapon.
The team finds the sword of legend shining where it is stored.
Soon, the sword shines a light at the ceiling, revealing a map of what seems to be the second floor.
Stina thinks it might be showing where the other legendary weapons are.
Stina comments that the name of the sword, "Okuvlig Ande", means "Uniyielding Will" in its language. Iori says that makes the sword perfect for their little group.
Suddenly, all of you are teleported out back to the entrance of the sanctuary.
[8] Talk to the Elven Guard again.
You still see the Elven Guard at the entrance and decide to ask him if he knows why you were transported back after finding the sword.
After seeing the sword, the Elven Guard confirms that the sword will lead to the other legendary weapons and then says he has done his part. He then promptly disappears.
Not long after, a boy calls out to you, asking to see the sword.
He says he's Pucci and he seems to know about the history of the sword. There's no cursor on him, so he doesn't seem to be a player or monster. The party agrees to let him see the sword.
Pucci explains that the sword once defeated the Dark God with the head of a dog. There's some talk about whether he means a kobold or Anubis, the Egyptian god of the underworld. Going back to the story, it seemed to have been a hard battle, but Neveca never gave up until they won, and that's how the sword got its name.
Before disappearing, Pucci gives the team an item as thanks and says to let him inspect the legendary weapons they gain in the future. The team then decide to return to Urbus.
