How to Beat Defender Golem Guide
The Golem has 2 phases that will not differ much from each other. The only difference is that you team will gain one more attacker during phase 2 for story reasons.
[1] Get rid of its defenses.
The golem will summon floating blue crystals around itself that act like shields. You have to get rid of all of them in order to damage it. Otherwise, all your hits will be read as 0 damage.
[2] Hit and stomp.
The golem hits hard with its fists.
And stomps hard with its feet.
Roll away to avoid either one.
[3] Lasers, lasers, and even more lasers.
The golem will summon orange orbs around its feet that move clockwise while shooting lasers. Alongside this, it will also summon pink diamonds that shoot lasers upwards that then return back to the ground. These summons can be hit.
While the other lasers and the shields are not in effect, the golem will usually do backsteps to avoid getting hit. After some backsteps, it will start shooting out short lasers from its "eye".

Upon defeat, for story reasons, the boss will not give you any loot.
