Secret Medicine of the Forest Summary
You guys take on the request of the farmer's wife to get the ingredients for her daughter's medicine. In exchange, she will give you a special sword.

Secret Medicine of the Forest Walkthrough
[1] Receive the quest.
You meet again as a trio in Horunka. It's good that you all made it here safely.
Wyzeman says to follow him so that you can start the quest.
Talk to the farmer's wife. She will talk about how her daughter is very ill and the only way to cure her is with a medicine with a troubling ingredient.
The ingredient is the ovules of the Little Nepenthes, a rare carnivorous plant monster from the West Forest. She promises to give us an ancestral sword (Annealed Blade) if we succeed.
Wyzeman reiterates the details of the quest to everyone and they set off to find the monster. Go to the Warp to start the quest.

[2] Head to the West Forest.
There are 5 inactive Safe Areas as seen in the map. Travel west from either Horunka or the Goldenpeak Hill Safe Area to start your journey.
Do note that the nearest Safe Area leads to Thieves' Gutter down south. Head west towards Doltir Road instead.

Get ready for the boss battle.
[3] Defeat the Flowering Nepenthes.
There will be several waves of the Nepenthes before the Flowering Nepenthes shows up. It's hard to get close to it since there are several little ones surrounding it, even if they only have low HP. It'll be good to have at least one Cleansing Crystals so that you won't be left Sleeping by the enemy.
Pick up the Little Nepenthes Ovule after defeating the boss.
