How to Unlock Meteor Strike Sword Skill
Sword Skills, although being named as such, can be for different weapon types such as the rapier, dagger, and so on. Except for the defaults, you can unlock Sword Skills by simply increasing your weapon proficiency.
Meteor Strike is unlocked by Two-Handed Axe Proficiency Lv. 8.
How to Increase Weapon Proficiency
Upon completion of the side quest, “Thrill of the Unknown,” you can increase your proficiency. You can then reallocate your Sword Skill points using your chest at the inn.
