How to Beat Scream Hornet Guide
[1] Venom with Wings.
Bringing Antidotes or Cleansing Crystals is advised for this fight, as the Scream Hornet has multiple attacks capable of inflicting Poison.
The Scream Hornet jabs the player with its toxic claws, inflicting poison with each strike.
These are perfect openings for a Parry Slash.
After losing its stinger in the second phase, it will replace its stinger jab with a poison spray that maxes out the debuff in a single attack. Target its sides instead to avoid getting sprayed.
If you distance yourself too far from the hornet, it may either dive toward you or fire poisonous projectiles in your direction.
Roll back to dodge the toxic blobs that it tosses around the arena during the second phase.
[2] Terrifying Strength in Numbers.
During the second phase, it unleashes a defeaning screech that attracts other hornets. These can be defeated simultaneously with a properly-timed Combination Skill, depending on your party members.

Keep the pressure on from start to finish. Let your party members draw the aggro, while you chain attacks to lock it down and deny it any chance to recover.
