You'll encounter this boss in the Upper Middle Area of the Greater Labyrinth after defeating the Kobold Champion. While it shares many of the Shrewman Queen's and Wrathful Shrewman's attacks, it is significantly faster and far more aggressive.

[1] Now You See Me, Now... You Probably Don't.
The Ruin Kobold Chieftain can leave afterimages to evade attacks and confuse its opponents, before reappearing with an immediate follow-up attack. Be prepared as timing for blocks and parries is a bit tight.
[2] Fast, Flashy, and Dangerous.
It can also enter a sort of "Rage" state when its eyes turn red, making it faster and more relentless with its attacks. Try to roll away or distance yourself while it goes on a rampage.
Don't worry, the fight won't drag on for long. The boss has only one HP bar and you may even have the chance to cut off its ear during battle.
[3] A Deadly Display of Agility.
The Ruin Kobold Chieftain's claws and feet glow brightly before attacking. Watch out for these cues to predict what attack is being executed.
