How to Beat Mountain Range Bao Guide
[1] Keep Clear of the Ivory.
The Mountain Range Bao's first phase is mostly all about tusk attacks. However, in the second and final phase, it combines tusk attacks with spins and bounces to turn into a giant rolling threat.
Be careful of its thrusts, charges, overhead smashes, and side swings. Stick to its sides or back while your party members handle the aggro.
[2] The Spinning Top's Distant Relative.
Like the Bulbous Bao, the Mountain Range Bao can inflate itself, spin, and bounce around the arena. Check out our other boss guide for more information on their shared attacks.

It inflates itself and proceeds to hop around the battlefield. Try staying in a single area and dodge only when needed instead of constantly running around.
[3] The Spin Ends with a Gassy Surprise.
One of its spinning attacks has it rolling in a circular pattern before releasing clouds of blinding gas. Stay away from the boss when this attack begins and wait for it to finish before re-engaging.
