The Mystery of Rajomon Walkthrough - Nioh 3

The Crucible has overtaken Heian-Kyo, where Yoritomo leads a group of warriors in battle against yokai. But there is talk that Spirit Stones have been brought into Yoritomo's camp, and that the shadow of a duplicitous Onmyo mage has also been seen.

[1] Choose The Mystery of Rajomon Battle Scroll at a shrine/Bodhisattva statue.

You will arrive at Rajomon.

[2] Find the source of the yokai.

There are some treasure chests that can be found in this Sub-Mission. Even if you have already opened similar chests in the overworld, they will still spawn in the Sub-Mission.

Here is how to get to your destination.

Go past the shrine and go down the cliff. Fight yokai and soldiers alike.

Move forward and enter the building. You will find another shrine inside. Get out of the house.

Move forwards and upwards on the ramp. You will see another shrine. Stay on the path and move through the middle opening in the large area.

[3] Fight the yokai.

There will be 2 waves of yokai before the boss appears.

Defeat Ryomen Sukuna! You may have fought them before if you did the Myth, Fated Land. Here are some tips in defeating this upgraded version!
・This time you won't have Naotora to aggro for you
・Focus on attacking the red half that attacks in close combat
・Their Burst Break happens when they will charge towards you. Make sure to time your attack!
・Run away when they try to do their spinning attack where they spin their top half in place
・When the blue half aims for the sky, evade! They will do an AoE damage of flying arrows around them
・They also have a Burst Break move where they spin around with their weapons as they move forward
・If you don't have aggro for the right side, shift to the Ninja Style to go around them!
