Honda Tadakatsu said the reports from Maisaka Post to the south west of Hamamatsu Castle have ceased. I should investigate.

[1] Talk to Honda Tadakatsu.

You can find him up the stairs after visiting the Eternal Rift during The Hamamatsu Incident - Part 2. He will meet you at the top of the stairs.

[2] Investigate Maisaka Post.

Talk to Honda Tadakatsu when you arrive. He will tell you that the area has fully been taken over by yokai.

[3] Defeat the yokai at Maisaka Post with Honda Tadakatsu (10/10).

・The last yokai will appear after the first 9 are defeated
・The enemies are in the Dark Realm
・One of the enemies is comparable to the Gaki Chief

[4] Speak with Honda Tadakatsu.
・If you have already defeated the Hino-Enma, you get a different set of dialogue
・If you have not defeated the Hino-Enma, you must finish the The Demon of the Haunting Caves quest first before coming back and talking with Honda to finish the quest
