A Drop of Hope Walkthrough - Nioh 3

Some medicine was pilfered from a man who died in a bandit attack. That medicine must have been meant for someone... I must find the bandits and retrieve the medicine.

[1] Collect the last thoughts of the soul.

The man had been killed and the medicine meant for his sick wife was taken! He pleads that you find the bandits that took his medicine.

[2] Retrieve the medicine from the bandits.

There are bandits around the camp. Defeat them and recover the item Psysick.

[3] Deliver the medicine to the man's family.

You get to the man's house as he described...but there's a yokai right in front of it!

[4] Defeat the yokai.

Here are some tips in battling Yoki!
・Yoki has an aggressive forward attack, but generally it acts slowly. Don't rush the battle and it'll be easy to overwhelm the Yoki with your own attacks
・Yoki moves slow, so it's easy to attack it from the back

[5] Investigate the man's house.**
・You find out that the wife succumbed to her illness before the yokai even got here. She hopes that he can live happily and not have to worry about her...not knowing he was killed on his way home :(

[6] Speak with the man.
・The man will appear after the last sentiments of his wife are heard
