Headaches Walkthrough - Nioh 3

Grandfather has been dealing with a headache. I'd like to find proper medicine so that he can feel better. I'd best visit a village on Futamata Road and look for clues about the medicine Grandfather needs.

Note: This is only available after doing Adundant Evil.

[1] Speak with Tokugawa Ieyasu.

He states that he's been having awful headaches lately. Yokai destroyed the village of a skilled healer but maybe there is medicine to be found there.

[2] Search for clues about the medicine in a town on Futamata Road.

From the memories of the souls, you learn that they were thinking of making medicine using the gallbladder of a yokai and they were going to consult with Tokugawa Ieyasu.

[3] Consult with Tokugawa Ieyasu.
・When you arrive, Hattori states that there are yokai attacking the castle and the headache is getting worse

[4] Fight the yokai by the castle entrance.

The yokai that appears...it's the one as described in the medicine recipe!

Here are some notes about the yokai:
・The Nuppeppo will keep rolling until it reaches a dead end. Chase after it
・If you lose sight of it, return to the castle entrance
・You can overwhelm it using Living Artifact
・It's hard to aim Ninjutsu attacks at it while it's still rolling so avoid doing so as you will waste your attack
・You should get the yokai gallbladder after defeating it

[5] Create the Ghostly Gall at the blacksmith.

Use Forge Tools, under All

[6] Give the medicine to Tokugawa Ieyasu.

[7] Talk to Tokugawa Ieyasu.
