With Kusanagi's power, I have dispelled the Crucible over the castle town. Ii Naotora spoke the truth. Though she does not appear old, she claims to have been alive for a very long time, and even knows of Kusanagi. What is this great evil whose revival she speaks of? Nonetheless, I am relieved that Grandfather was able to return to his castle safely.

According to Naotara, the red gleam that so transformed Kunimatsu is known as Crucinite. Peering into the Guiding Mirror I received from Naotora, I find myself suddenly standing in a strange place—a place I saw before coming to the time of the Warring States, a place I could never forget...

[1] Head to the Keep.

After completing the "Crucible Manifested" Main Mission, you will reach Hamamatsu Castle with Naotora. Follow her inside to proceed.

You can pray at the Shrine in the Keep if you wish to level up first; you should have plenty of Amrita after defeating Jakotsu-Baba.

[2] Speak with Ii Naotara.

Talk to Naotora, and she will give you the Guiding Mirror. Use it to be transported to the Eternal Rift.

[3] Search the Surroundings.

Does the place look familiar? This is the same realm you reached during the "Ceremony - Part 2" Mission.

Take a moment to explore! Pray at the Shrine, change your appearance, or interact with various NPCs and Sudama.

[4] Investigate the Building

To progress the Quest, enter the Building marked on the Map.

[5] Talk to the Blacksmith.

Go inside the Building and speak with the person wearing a fox mask. This NPC is a Blacksmith! You can return to the Eternal Rift in the future to forge and upgrade your gear here.

[6] Leave the Building.

For now, leave the area and interact with Kusanagi.

Use the Guiding Mirror again to return to Hamamatsu Castle.

[7] Speak with Tokugawa Ieyasu.

After talking with Naotora at the Keep, she will instruct you to go upstairs and speak with Tokugawa Ieyasu.

Note: The "Fated Land" and "A Fierce Flame" Side Quests are now unlocked. You can complete them later to increase your Exploration Progress.

Open the door next to the Shrine and climb the stairs. You will meet Honda Tadakatsu there. After a brief conversation, you will be tasked with the "Abundant Evil" Myth.

Head to the other side of the room to find Tokugawa Ieyasu.

He will ask for your help once more, which unlocks "The Battle of Futamata Castle" Main Mission.

Note: The Eternal Rift is now available! Use your Map Screen to Fast Travel to this location.
