The Battle of Saigagake Walkthrough
[1] Make your way toward Saigagake.
After talking to Tokugawa Ieyasu at Hamamatsu Castle and completing "The Battle of Mikatagahara - Part 2", go to the northwest gate leading to Saigagake.
Save time by fast traveling to the Saigagake Junction Shrine if you've already discovered it.
Ii Naotora will be standing beside the gate.
Upon speaking with Naotora, she advises you to pass through Saigagake to stealthily reach the clifftops, adding that destroying the Crucinite is the only way to defeat Shingen.
[2] Complete Tiger's Cause.
Passing through the gate will automatically start the next quest, Tiger's Cause. The recommended level for this mission is 50.
[3] Speak with Ii Naotora.
Once the final boss has been defeated for the Warring States Period, talk to Naotora.
Note: The Sub Missions "Takeda's Four Heavenly Kings" and "Groans in the Valley" are now available on the Battle Scroll!
According to her, while Shingen has been defeated, the dark radiance still permeates through time.
She then advises you to destroy all of the Crucinite, the Guiding Mirror will help you on your journey, and to look for her once you are ready.
Talk to her again to continue, and a cutscene will play. You'll be transported to Heian Period - 1190 CE.
After the cutscene introduces the new era, the Main Mission "The Age of Clans Begins" will immediately start.
Note: Through the in-game Map, you can fast travel to any previously visited shrine across any era or within the Eternal Rift.
