Where to Find Starved Harridan
Head to the Castigator's Keep Beacon.
Make your way down the stairs south of you location and towards the courtyard.
Go up the stairs near the broken wall
Keep going straight until you see a lift. The boss will be the first thing you once you arrive.
Starved Harridan Attack Patterns

How to Beat Starved Harridan
[1] Stay Frosty
Starved Harridan is particularly weak against Frost so adjust your build when needed. Use Tarstones such as the Frostshard Stone to infuse your sidearm with Frost. You can also use the shell Eredrim where he deals more damage to enemies with Frost.
[2] Maintain Distance
Starved Harridan's attack are quick with minimal attack windows. When it finishes its attack, close the distance quick.
