Where to Find Sir Isaac, the Scholar-Prince
After defeating the Servants of the Scholar-Prince in the Faded Citadel, continue onwards to the Citadel Atrium Beacon and follow the path leading to the encounter.
Sir Isaac, the Scholar-Prince Attack Patterns

How to Beat Sir Isaac, the Scholar-Prince
Sir Isaac has two phases. In the first one, he uses a shield that can block your Sidearm, and only has a relatively small moveset. During this phase, you can focus on parrying his attacks to build up stagger to open up a damage window.
For the second phase, Sir Isaac drops his shield and opts to fight using three swords and attacks more aggressively. Aim to punish him at the end of his combos, and avoid his stronger attacks. You can avoid this phase by NOT using the finisher once he goes down in the first phase. This causes him to keep his shield and retain his first phase form.
