NPCs can be found throughout the map. They may ask you for help and if you do, you might get rewarded in return.
Where to find Vratko
Vratko is a Disciple NPC hidden away in Marrow Keep, outside the Tarforge. You will reach Marrow Keep after the Disciple's Pass. His questline is short and optional. Here's everything you need to know to complete the interaction.
Vratko Questline Walkthrough
[1] Speak to Vratko.
Talk to him and keep the conversation going. After enough dialogue, you'll get a prompt asking whether you want to let him wash your feet.
[2] Let Vratko Wash Your Feet.
Accept the prompt. Vratko has unique dialogue lined up for whichever Shell you've got equipped at the time, so it's worth doing this more than once if you want to hear them all.
[3] Repeat if You Like.
After a few repeats, his dialogue starts looping, so there's no reason to keep going past that point.

Near Sester Genessa's location, you'll find a portrait connected to Vratko.
Quest Rewards
There are no extra rewards tied to this Questline. Letting him wash your feet doesn't affect your build, stats, or progression. What you do get is extra dialogue tied to your current Shell, so it's worth doing at least once if you're curious what he has to say.
Vratko's Dialogues with Different Shells
Vratko has unique and common dialogues with the Harbinger depending on the Shell. The following only shows the unique response of Vratko to each Shell. Unfortunately, Harros is not included.
