Difficulty in Mortal Shell 2

The game does not feature different modes of difficulty under the Settings. However, within the game, the player can adjust the difficulty when they encounter the hard mode through an NPC and the easy mode by equipping a certain Seal.

Easy Mode

Equipping the Slayer Seal disables achievements. While the game has no difficulty setting, the Slayer Seal serves as the "easy mode" of the game. So, make sure not to equip it if you still want to get achievements.

You can find the Seal at the first beacon in Marrow Keep, go left and find a chair by the cliff.
