NPCs can be found throughout the map. They may ask you for help and if you do, you might get rewarded in return.
Where to find Sester Genessa
Sester Genessa is located at Marrow Keep.

Sester Genessa Related Quest Walkthrough
[1] Find Sester Genessa
Head into the room the Beacon of Marrow Keep is facing. To the path on the left is a sunken room with tombs and a large arena. At the center of the Arena is Genessa.
[2] Talk to Sester Genessa
When you first speak to Genessa, this will prompt a tutorial on how to Guard.
[3] Perform successful Perfect Guards.
Genessa will then approach you to attack. Block just before she attacks, just when the yellow circles overlap, and then you can riposte her. Do this successfully, and you will be gifted the Infinity Seal which allows you to parry attacks.
Sester Genessa Special Dialogue
After you have gained the Tiel Shell, return to Marrow Keep and talk to Sester Genessa with the Shell equipped for some special dialogue.
