Troubadour's Lute Stats - Damage and Resolve Consumption
Troubadour's Lute is the ONLY weapon that does not have Damage and Resolve Consumption Stats. Instead, it serves as crowd control. It has the ability to cause confusion to enemies within the range. Confusion causes enemies to target other surrounding enemies when the meter is full.

You CANNOT upgrade Troubadour's Lute.
