Merchants in Mortal Shell 2 are specialized Non-Playable Characters (NPCs) that sell you items in exchange for coins.

Where to find the Barkeep
Barkeep runs his stall inside the One-Legged Wolf Tavern in the eastern part of Mushroom Village.
Barkeep Dialogue
While you're there, talk to him to learn about the "toothy brev," also known as Gragu, the man sitting alone at the long table next to the bar.
