Shai of Sheparden (Thea Ch. 2) Full Walkthrough and Details | Monster Hunter Stories 3 ( MHS3 )

Thea has made a new friend in Sheparden called Shai! She wants her captain to meet them.

This is available after hatching the Canyne Egg and finishing Thea's Ch. 1 Side Story.

[1] Talk to Thea at the base.

Rudy and the player both notice that Thea is beaming.

Turns out, she made a new friend! A Sheparden named Shai promises to help in looking for her farm's Poogies. She asks if she can introduce her captain to him and the player agrees.

[2] Meet Shai.

Look for Shai at the Sheparden Fields. The player instead finds his mother also searching for him. She mentions his mutterings about Mt. Canalta.

Go to easten area of Mt. Canalta. Shai will be surprised to see the team. he says that while gathering firewood, he saw a flashy-looking Poogie in a pink get-up and chased after it. Thea identifies them as Bullet Bacon. She asks the player to find them for her since she doesn't want to leave Shai on his own.

[3] Retrieve Bullet Bacon.

Go up north. While looking for Bullet Bacon, Rudy and the player decide to call for them to show up.

Bullet Bacon takes the bait!

Race against Bullet Bacon and win! Remember to take the red mushrooms but not the purple ones!
