Homecoming Quest Summary
Chapter Five: Lazlion
The team returns to Azuria only to find that the king and a few nobles were the only ones aware they had crossed the Meridian.
While Eleanor remains suspicious of Vermeil’s true motives, the Captain agrees to Mediator Ena’s request. They prepare to reveal everything discovered beyond the Meridian during the official talks at a small border fort.
Homecoming Walkthrough
[1] Return to Azuria Castle.
The Rangers leave Serathis for the meantime to head back to their home, Azuria.
Crossing the Meridian is considered a taboo within their country, yet they are all confused that no one has reacted to their return.
Murray, Gaul's Palico, invites the team back to the base to explain everything. The King has remained silent to the public about their adventure.
While the group is talking, Glazer approaches and informs them that a meeting with the King is impossible at the moment. He's fully occupied with preparations for the upcoming peace talks with Vermeil.
Even without the King's permission, the Rangers remain dedicated to finding a way to join the official talks.
Eleanor expresses her doubts regarding Vermeil’s true intentions for the meeting. This makes their attendance at the Peace Talks more critical than ever.

Once the team is ready to advance the Main Story, talk to Rudy at the Ranger's Base.
This unlocks the "Talks of Peace" Quest.
