[1] Talk to the Clever Boy at Dragonreach Mountains: Foothills, Canalta Timberland.

The young boy does not believe that adults take him seriously and thinks that perhaps someone his age will listen. Change the Battle Ally to Thea to progress!

[2] Slay the Feral Tobi-Kadachi in Cataracts.

Help the Clever Boy find Gogo by searching for a Feral Tobi-Kadachi that ran off with him.

[3] Report back to the Clever Boy.
