Available after finishing Recluse Rider 3.

[1] Talk to the Recluse Rider Sister at the bottom cave of the mining site of Bountiful Dunes in Tarkuan.

[2] Accept the quest and prepare to fight the rider's Great Izuchi, Mizutsune, and Magnamalo.

[3] Defeat the monsties within 45 turns, 36 turns, or 27 turns to receive various rewards. Finishing without losing any of your Hearts also gives a reward.
