[1] Talk to the Father of Three at Sheparden.

He talks about how the recent storms have been really terrible. Could an Elder Dragon be looking for a mate?

[2] Repel the Calamitous Elder Dragon.

Climb up Mt. Canalta and face the Elder Dragons, Wind Serpent Ibushi and Thunder Serpent Narwa

[3] Report back to the Father of Three.
