A bird dropped off a letter from Sheparden meant for Galyad in Azuria. Can the player get the letter to its destination?

This quest is only available after reaching Galyad.

[1] Talk to the Nervous Wyvern Rider in Blightstone Woods.

He found a letter from a bird that is addressed for Galyad and is from Sheparden. He's never heard of either of those places but maybe the player will be able to sort this out and deliver the letter.

[2] Deliver the letter.

Head to Galyad and give the letter to the Woman Awaiting Letter.

[3] Report back to the Nervous Wyvern Rider.
