[1] Talk to the Classy Old Woman at Sunpetal Plains.

The old lady's Velocidrome doesn't want to go home and seems concerned about something going on at Mirror Lake.

[2] Investigate the shores of Mirror Lake.

Look at the area that Veloci-poo's gaze is fixated on. Find the Khezu and defeat it.

As soon as the Khezu is defeated, a Fulgur Anjanath will join the fight.

[3] Report back to the Classy Old Woman.
