Amara's Child Quest Summary
Chapter One: Azuria
Even as the son/daughter of Amara, the "Turncoat Queen," they are still expected to play a major part in the battle against Vermeil.
Burdened by obligation and whirling emotions, the protagonist talks to Simon about their first meeting with Ratha and the deeds the Former Queen committed ten years ago.
Amara's Child Walkthrough
[1] Recall Past Events with Simon.
Disappointed after hearing King Arken’s plan to weaponize Rathalos, the Captain of the Rangers storms off to check on their Monstie.
Simon follows and checks on how they are doing. Then, a cutscene shows Amara and the protagonist ten years ago.
That eventful night changed their lives, as Amara stops the King's plan of eliminating one of the Twin Rathalos.
Queen Amara and the Rathalos, that was scheduled for execution, fled into the skies. It was the last time they were seen in Azuria ever again.
There were many speculations about why she did it, but the Prince/Princess remains hopeful about her intentions.

After the cutscene, let Rathalos rest and talk to Rudy back at the Ranger’s Base to start the “Tracks” Quest.
