The wandering novelist is hoping to be inspired by a hero in blue! Is there such a person?

This quest is only available after reaching Galyad.

[1] Talk to the Wandering Novelist in Blessing Hill.

The wandering novelists wishes to hear the feats of a hero they've heard is around this area. They ask the player to tip them off if they see a man in blue.

[2] Find the so-called 'hero'.

The player finds a retired hunter clad in blue on Mt. Canalta but they say that their hunting skill is only subpar and couldn't do the feats the novelist was thinking of.

[3] Report back to the Wandering Novelist.
