[1] Talk to the Deep Thinker at Azuria Castle.

[2] Find whoever made the girl cry in the Secret Base and make them pay.

According to the Deep Thinker, the Secret Base is next to the Ancient Battlegrounds.

Enter the den and defeat the Feral Yian Kut-Ku.

[3] Report back to the Deep Thinker.
