[1] Talk to the Coughing Woman in Galyad.

There's a creature that rarely appears in front of people but they believe that the player might just meet this creature. It's called the Moonglow Nettle. It flies at high altitudes and is only seen at night.

[2] Find the Moonglow Nettle.

At night, climb up the Colossal Dragon's Remains to find the Moonglow Nettle. They are like a jellyfish.

[3] Report back to the Coughing Woman.
