What is the Horror in the Sky Achievement
Horror in the Sky is a bronze trophy achievement in the game where the condition is that Emma looks at the 'crescent moon.'

How to get Horror in the Sky Achievement
Preferably in an area with some space around Emma, look up directly at the sky and find the crescent-like object.
As you do so, you will notice that the borders of your screen will start to change. The music also becomes more grim.
Keep looking at it, and the borders will start to turn red and the screen will start to shake.
Keep at it until Emma dies and falls to the ground.
Once she dies, you will receive the trophy.
Consequences for Horror in the Sky
There is no consequence for achieving this except that Emma will instantly die, regardless of health points. She will spawn again at your last campsite, and there will be no effect on her moving forward.
Trying the action again will result similarly with Emma dying without any additional effects on her.
