The Capital Summary
Emma, Koo, and Kagura finally arrive at the Capital. Golems and Malefacts are fighting each other as she makes her way towards the City Center. Emma tends to Kagura's condition first by finding a medical pod before making her way to the Administrator who tries to stop her by sending out a few bosses. Finally, she makes her way to the center of the Capital. Mikoto, who is actually the Beast of Reincarnation, led you to the source of the blight itself as a way to reunite with Violet. The Beast of Reincarnation is finally defeated but at a heavy cost.

The Capital Walkthrough
[1] Find the Medical Pod
Much like the previous two chapters, the path to the Medical Pod is linear so just follow the objective tracker.
There will be golems and malefacts guarding the area, so be prepared.
The camps will act as a checkpoint to let you know that you're getting close to the objective.
Some areas will force you to fight the golems.
A Nushi called the Erymanth will spawn here so watch out!
After slaying the Erymanth, head down the long inclined path and straight to the Medical Pod.
[2] Head Toward the Administrator
Make your way to next room where the Administrator will give a lengthy lecture about his plan. Proceed once he's done.
Be prepared as the last portion of this chapter is a boss rush.
- Elite Golems
The first "boss" are two elite enemies so defeat them as usual.
- Kunai and Kirin
The Administrator will send out Kunai and Kirin in a desperate attempt to stop you.
The fight ends with Kunai transferring her power to Emma with the hope that she'll defeat the Beast of Reincarnation.
[3] Defeat the Beast of Reincarnation
After the cutscene, you'll be taken back to the start of the map. Just fast travel to the nearest camp.
Keep running until you reach the City Center and trigger a cutscene.
