The mysteries of Kyoto are curious cases Lady Murasaki wants Musashi to investigate. The Mysteries are available after finishing the Main Quest What Lurks in the Shadows.
Requirements for Worm-ly Ways (The Three Worms)
Worm-ly Ways (The Three Worms) is available at the start of the main quest The Demon on the Mount.
The Worm-ly Ways (The Three Worms) Walkthrough
[1] Talk to the Three Worms Devotee.
Go south of Spirit Mirror: Yasaka Pagoda, head to the shrine and talk to the woman.

The woman tells Musashi the story of the Three Worms and their beliefs. She also mentions that if he changes his mind he can visit one of their halls marked by three flags at the entrance. Lady Murasaki is excited to hear about the congregation and tells Musashi she's curious to know more.
[2] Head for the Congregation Hall.
Head north of Spirit Mirror: Yasoka Pagoda

Musashi is surprised to see that Dokyo is behind the Three Worms Cult! Defeat the Genma and head to the second Congregation Hall.
[3] Head for the next Congregation Hall.

The main gate is locked, so head to the other side, where Musashi finds a hole in the wall he can enter. Before that, though, defeat the two Genma conveniently placed there.
Just like always, Dokyo is continuously experimenting on humans. Defeat the Genma to put an end to it. Lady Murasaki tells Musashi that Dokyo is using The Three Worms Mythology to convert people into Genma.
[4] Head for the last Congregation Hall.
Exit through the locked gate, go left, and continue straight ahead to reach the last Congregation Hall.

Once Musashi reaches the Congregation Hall, he's greeted by a Three Worms Priest and the woman he spoke with at the start of the Mystery. The Priest confesses that Dokyo threatened him into unleashing the Genma creatures on the believers. Defeat the Genma to solve the Mystery.

- Oni Stone x2
- Blazing Charm
