Okuni asks Musashi to purify her theatre troupe's former stage.

Okuni's Kabuki Dance Walkthrough
[1] Speak with Okuni.

Speak with Okuni. She and Musashi will apologize to each other and Okuni invites him to go to Kamo River with her.
[2] Head to the sandbar.
Go to the sandbar at Kamo River. Make sure to fight off any Genma you see.
At the sandbar, Okuni reveals that the place buried under malice used to be her troupe's stage. She asks Musashi to purify the place.
[3] Seal the first rift.
Be careful as the malice fog surrounds the area.
Get rid of the flower of malice in order to proceed.
After opening up the Malice Wall, turn left. The way will be blocked forward. From there, turn right and a cutscene will begin where Musashi spots someone on a boat in the river. Defeat the Genma in the water by using the Oni Bow.
Head south and use Oni Agility to run on the wall to get to the other side. Keep running on the walls until you make it back to the main area.
Destroy the flower of malice.
The exit is blocked by a threaded seal.
Get rid of the spiders.

The sealed gate is now open. Continue on and wall run. Destroy the flower of malice.
The rift will then appear along with Byakue - Hundred Defilements.
You're an expert at dealing with them by now. Time your counterattacks and watch for their jumping attack! Absorb the rift afterwards.
[4] Seal the second rift.
Head towards the river. Use Oni Agility to run on the walls.
Go straight into the larger area to deal with Genma coming from the rift.
After the mobs are dealt with, Dohatsu-ten will appear.
Don't hit its blocks since it can counterattack! Counter back by memorizing its timing! Absorb the seal afterwards.
[5] Destroy the flower of malice.
Go behind the shrine and move forward.
Get rid of the flower.
[6] Take a look at the stage.
Go towards the stage. Okuni performs with her troupe. She says that for now, though, she wants to focus on helping Musashi and Takamura.
[7] Speak with Okuni.
Go to the bridge and see Okuni helping out a pair of women. They say that Oni attacked their village. Musashi can't help the women himself, so Okuni tells him to go back to the temple without her.
