Windswept Kennin-ji Summary
While the marker for this quest will be available when A Strength in Refuge begins, the temple cannot be accessed until after the events of Patching Up the Pouch.
Musashi is sent to cleanse a temple where he is provoked by two Genma who have overtaken the place. He is able to defeat one of them while the other runs off.

Windswept Kennin-ji Walkthrough
[1] Investigate the Kennin-ji Temple.
Go to Kamo River - East and investigate the Kennin-ji Temple. As soon as Musashi enters, a pair of Genma will loudly talk about Musashi's presence. Shizuka says they are probably the ones who overtook the temple, and their voices are coming from the Dharma Hall.

From the entrance, turn left. Be ready to fight some Genma.
Use Oni Vision the find the Genma spiders.

[2] Defeat Ifuu - Fearsome Gale.
Enter the Dharma Hall now that the threads have been broken. A cutscene will show before transitioning into the fight.
Ifuu is the type of boss that keeps on attacking, but this also means that there are many chances to counteract his attacks with parries or even Issen. Make sure to bring that stamina bar down!
Don't forget to absorb the souls before Ifuu does and be wary when you start his second phase. He has a lot of large Area of Effect (AoE) attacks that can deal you massive damage.
Burai will run away, and the quest is complete.
