Okuni wants to repair the Hozuki Pouch using materials from the Oni. Musashi obtains the materials and gets a much better pouch out of it.

Patching Up the Pouch Walkthrough
[1] Speak to Okuni.
Go to Rokudo-chinnoji temple and talk to Okuni. She wants to repair Musashi's Hozuki Pouch using Oni materials.
She wants Musashi to try searching in an old temple and gives him the key to it.
[2] Look for the Hozuki Pouch materials.
Go to the old temple.

Go straight ahead.
Crawl under the planks.
Enter the temple building and defeat the Genma inside.
Head to the second floor and climb up again to the top. Drop down to the outside from there.
Defeat all the Genma.
Continue on through here.
Use Oni Vision to make the Oni Glyph appear. Use the Oni Power to receive Oni Cloth (Healing).

[3] Give the materials to Okuni.
Return to the temple and talk to Okuni.
You will receive Hozuki Pouch (Default). From now on, you can talk to Okuni to upgrade your Hozuki Pouch. Materials are marked on your map.
