This is available after finishing the Main Quest Bloodbath on the Bridge.
Ace Archer: Kiyomizu-dera Temple Walkthrough
[1] Speak to the man.
Go to Kiyomizu-zaka Slope and talk to the man. He seems impressed with Musashi's skill with the bow, and hopes Musashi can use it to take out some Genma at Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
[2] Take out the Genma.
Go to the following locations and defeat the Genma there.

[3] Defeat Byakue - Hundred Defilments.
While heading to Location #2, you may run into Byakue - Hundred Defilements.
At this point, this will be your 3rd encounter with them, and your 1st outside the Main Story. You know the drill by now! Parry them to leave them vulnerable for longer, and watch out for their jumping attack.
[4] Report back to the man.
Tell the man on Kiyomizu-zaka Slope that the Genma have been taken care of.
