The Light of Vengeance Walkthrough
[1] Speak with the anxious boy.
Talk to the child. He is worried about his father, who hasn't come back from Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Lady Murasaki urges Musashi to investigate.

[2] Investigate Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
Head to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and proceed to the location below. Lady Murasaki says she senses a great resentment when Musashi arrives there.

| Now that you're back in this area, try to look for some Lion Dogs present! |
Upon arriving at the safe zone Musashi found last time, a man starts to inspect him. He says Musashi has to leave because he's not the one the man is looking for. Musashi says he can feel the man's bloodlust clear as day.
[3] Go after the man consumed by vengeance.
Follow the man. Go to the larger temple grounds. Musashi will find him obsessively saying he will have his revenge to a small shrine when a rift appears.
Defeat the Genma and seal the rift.
The man explains that he wants his revenge on Ganryu who killed his brother. Musashi says he can be the one to avenge the man's brother and that the man should go home to his kid instead.
Lady Murasaki seems to get her story out of this and is happy with Musashi's work.
