What are Pain Pillars
Pain Pillars are permanent upgrades that can only be found throughout the Labyrinth! Each one that Aidan activates increases his Health! You also need to activate all 5 of them for a trophy and achievement.
There are 5 Pain Pillars in Clive Barker's Hellraiser Revival. 1 is in the Free Sunny's Soul quest, one is in Give Charlotte's Heart to Sunny, one is in Give Sister of Mercy's Heart to Sunny, and the last is in Reclaim the Genesis Configuration from Bruno.

All 5 Pain Pillar Locations
1st Pillar
The 1st pain pillar can be found during the Free Sunny's Soul Quest. Specifically in the opening Labyrinth.
The location of the Pain Pillar is near the moving spinning trap and a cracked wall.
After getting past the trap, turn right and you will find the Pain Pillar.
Interacting with the Pain Pillar will also activate the traps in that area.
2nd Pillar
The 2nd Pillar can be found during Give Charlotte's Heart to Sunny Quest. Specifically inside the labyrinth after acquiring Charlotte's Heart and going back to the labyrinth.
The exact location of the 2nd Pain Pillar is near the corridor with a spike trap and meat hooks. Go past the traps and turn left.
After turning left, the area of the Pain Pillar should rotate. Backtrack through the spike trap and turn right, allowing Aidan to reach the 2nd Pain pillar.
It is required to rotate the area first to reach the 2nd Pain Pillar.
3rd Pillar
The 3rd Pillar can be found during Exit the Labyrinth. The location of the 3rd Pain Pillar is in the area with rotating stairs after climbing the ladder. The 3rd pillar can be seen to the left.
Line up the movable blocks as a makeshift walkway so that Aidan can reach the Pillar.
After arranging the movable blocks, use the flame to light up the flame pillar. By lighting it up it will open up a path to reach the 3rd Pain Pillar.
Enter and follow the path that glows with red to reach the 3rd Pain Pillar.
4th Pillar
The 4th Pain Pillar can be found in the Sister of Mercy Boss Fight.
Defeat the Sister of Mercy Boss Fight and go up the stairs to enter the Labyrinth.
Straight ahead will be the 4th Pain Pillar that Aidan can interact with.
There are no puzzles to solve. Just defeat Sister of Mercy and go back to the Labyrinth.
5th Pillar
The 5th Pillar is obtainable during the Reclaim the Genesis Configuration From Bruno. The 5th Pain Pillar is just right behind the Metal Door with puzzles.

Pain Pillar Trophy and Achievement
Two trophies and achievements tie into the pillars. Both are missable, so activate every pillar as you pass it.
