You can Save using the Labyrinth Orifice

Saving is only available through the use of Labyrinth Orifices. These are holes in the wall that emit blue and purple sparks of electricity and seemingly holes connecting to the Labyrinth; the home of the Cenobites.: Extradimensional beings who chase extreme sensation and put humans through endless experiments.

Some Sections may not have Labyrinth Orifices

In some sections of the game, there may be no Labyrinth Orifices. These are mostly during chase sequences and boss fights. However, they are often found before of after these sections, or key moments and cutscenes.

Is there an Autosave

When Key Moments Pass

The game automatically also autosaves when the story progresses in certain key moments like solving a main story puzzle, boss fights, important cutscenes, acquiring key items, and more.
