Each ending in Clive Barker's Hellraiser Revival has its own trophy. You can play the story twice, or keep a save from just before the final choice so you can reload it.

All trophies are missable. The game does not have chapter selection, so you can't go back once you move on.

Trophy Roadmap
[1] Choose Any Difficulty and Start the Story.
Luckily, there's no trophy tied to a specific difficulty. Pick any one of them and focus on collecting. Also make sure to check your save options before progressing the story.
[2] Beat Every Boss Encounters.
A number of achievements are obtained by escaping or defeating bosses.
[3] Collect Everything Along the Way.
Find all weapons, open locked containers, and pillars. Collect and spend coins in the shop, upgrade a firearm, and craft all 12 items. Then, use your abilities and weapons to finish the combat trophies.
[4] Save Before the Ending and Pick One.
Make a save before the Ritual of Rebirth and the final choice, then finish the story with the first ending. Reload the save, or start a second playthrough, to get the other one.
