Charlotte Summary
Charlotte is the ritual sacrifice of Bruno and Marlowe. She was a devout follower of the Scarlet Church and lover of a man named Sean. Her search for more sensation made her lose her way and her partner. Despite Sean's attempts to bring back Charlotte from the clasps of the Scarlet Church, she remained with the cult.
Charlotte Attack Patterns
Charlotte's attacks are limited and simple. She constantly walks forward and will not stop until she gets to you. Every now and then, she may surprise you with a quick lunge grab attack, but it is easily avoidable just like all her other attacks.

| Double Blade Stab |  Charlotte may stab at you with both his front blade legs if you are near her. |
| Lunge Grab |  Charlotte may lunge at you to perform a grab from a distance. She can also grab you normally if you are near her. |
How to Beat Charlotte
[1] Use Fire from torches and barrels.
Use fire from torches with the Genesis Configuration and shoot barrels to burn Charlotte. Fire also spreads to nearby fuel so lay down some fuel using the fuel canisters nearby.
Getting Charlotte on fire lets you deal continuous damage. There are a lot of fire sources around the area so you can almost always reignite Charlotte.
[2] Lay down bear traps.
Lay down bear traps around the boss fight area and lure Charlotte to step on them. Every time Charlotte steps on a bear trap, she is unable to move or attack momentarily and will focus on trying to free herself. Use this time to lay down tons of damage using firearms or melee weapons.
It is recommended to lay down traps on fuel so you can ignite Charlotte while she is trapped.
[3] Use your environment.
Charlotte's boss fight arena is pretty large so you can always put some distance between you and her. Police cars can also be used to blockade her momentarily and she will either go around or get on top of the car to get to you which both takes time.
Also use the Genesis Configuration to grab objects that can be thrown at her.
[4] Losing once does not mean defeat.
Dying to Charlotte the first time does will not end the fight. Instead, she drags you to her cage on the tree and you will wake up in it.
When inside the cage, you will need to fend off enemies that jump on the cage and try to eat you. Simply survive long enough and the cage's floor opens up, freeing you and letting you continue the fight with Charlotte.
Charlotte Rewards
You will receive Charlotte's Heart as a reward after defeating him. Give it to Sunny to restore her health.
