Zora's Shop becomes available during the main story, Take Back the Genesis Configuration while Aidan explores the sewers. It updates as you progress through the game.
She provides weapons, upgrades, recipes, and other helpful items. Sometimes, her things go on sale. You can also sell to her valuables you find while exploring.
